Hidur Gallery: Art, Printing and Framing

Original art at Hidur Gallery

Hidur Gallery brings together carefully chosen works created with skill and love. We work with professional artists on new ideas and support artists living in Israel whose work expresses a deep connection with the land and the spirituality of its landscapes.

The paintings use a variety of surfaces, including canvas and parchment, and media such as oil, acrylic and watercolour. Each work brings its own imagination, colour and originality.

Many artworks can also be reproduced as prints. In the gallery's studio, each work is scanned and processed with close attention to the original. The gallery's wider printing collection includes around 2,000 images.

Canvas, photographic paper and fine art paper

Our canvas printing, also known as giclée printing, uses quality 100% cotton canvas and original inks. An Epson printer with eight ink colours allows a broad range of shades and precise reproduction.

Family photographs can be printed on canvas or photographic paper and framed to create a personal gallery wall. Fine art paper is also used for certificates, watercolour reproductions and scanned parchment artworks.

Custom framing

Choose from modern, antique, vintage and classic frame styles. We offer professional guidance to help you find a frame that suits both the artwork and the furnishings in your home.

Graphic design

Alongside artists' work, we design and print personal projects, including photo collages, appreciation certificates, outdoor photographs, family gallery walls, posters and photographs from events.

Glass and acrylic printing

Images can be printed on 6 mm glass with decorative mounting screws, or on glass with an aluminium frame. Acrylic display blocks offer another option for a sideboard, desk or office.

Scanning and printing for artists

Our studio uses a professional Epson scanner with resolution up to 1,200 DPI. We scan works in different sizes and textures, including oil paintings, canvas, acrylic, parchment and old photographs.

Artists wishing to preserve their work and sell reproductions can use our scanning service. A graphic designer processes the files to match the original as closely as possible, before printing on canvas or fine art paper.
