Use of this website and orders placed through it are subject to these terms. Please read them carefully, as they constitute an agreement between you and Hidur Ltd. References to users apply equally to all genders.

The Hidur website is a catalogue of original artworks and prints, providing information and services relating to pictures, frames, paintings, prints and computer-based designs. It is managed and operated by the gallery, the owners of Hidur and the owners of A. A. Omanut Nekuda Ltd.

By browsing or ordering through the website, the user declares that they have read and understood the terms and will have no claim or demand against the company, the website's owners or operators, or their representatives, except for claims concerning a breach of their obligations under these terms.

Products offered for sale

Technical specifications, descriptions and other product information, including list prices and stock availability, are supplied by the website's managers. Although the information is checked, the company is not responsible for consequences arising from an error, omission, inaccuracy or misleading information on the website, or for direct or indirect damage or loss arising from the data displayed.
Product images are for illustration. The product supplied may differ from the image.
The company may replace, change or add products according to its range and stock. Visitors are responsible for checking prices, which may change. Website content may change at any time at the discretion of the company or its representatives.
Displayed prices do not necessarily reflect market selling prices or the lowest available prices. Users are responsible for checking market prices before submitting an offer or order.

Ordering

An order takes effect only after it has been received correctly by Hidur's systems and examined and approved by its sales department.
Once received and approved, an email confirmation with an order number will be sent during business hours, after stock and the correct price have been checked. Only an email containing an order number confirms receipt in the order system. Orders placed outside business hours are confirmed on the next business day. An order without confirmation is not valid. The purchaser is responsible for obtaining confirmation; if none arrives, contact sales or call 02-9955151.
Knowingly providing false information may constitute a criminal offence. Legal action, including claims for damage caused by disruption of sales, may be taken.
Hidur Gallery reserves the right to cancel an order containing false, incomplete or inaccurate information.
The company reserves the right to deny any user access to all or part of the website at its discretion and without advance notice.

Payment and delivery

Payment is made by credit card directly with the company and under the required terms.
All prices on the website are in Israeli shekels and exclude VAT.
Products are delivered to the customer's home by a courier acting for the gallery.
The customer is charged shipping costs according to the cost of delivery.
When arranging delivery, the gallery may require your presence at the agreed place and time, presentation of identification and/or your signature on the credit card slip as a condition of delivery.
If the credit card company declines to honour your payment obligations, the order is cancelled.

Cancellation

Hidur Gallery commits to a cancellation policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of a Transaction) Regulations, 5771–2010. Hidur may cancel a transaction when the order cannot be fulfilled for any reason. In such circumstances, the person placing the order acknowledges that delivery may be delayed and/or the transaction cancelled without compensation or other consideration.

Confidentiality of purchaser details

Hidur Gallery will do its best, using the means available to it, to protect purchaser details and prevent their disclosure to outside parties. As the service operates online, Hidur cannot guarantee complete protection against intrusion into its computers or disclosure of stored information. If a third party gains access or misuses information despite the gallery's security measures, users will have no claim or demand against the gallery.
Personal details submitted with an order are retained in Hidur's databases. The gallery reserves the right to collect information during use of the website, including products purchased and pages viewed.
The gallery will not disclose identifying details to a third party except where needed to deliver ordered products; where an act or omission harms or may harm Hidur or others, including customers; where the website is used for an unlawful act or to enable, facilitate, assist or encourage one; where these terms or another agreement with Hidur or its representatives are breached; or where a court order requires disclosure.
If the gallery merges or reorganises its activities or the website within another organisation, it may transfer collected information, provided that the receiving organisation accepts these privacy provisions towards you.

Responsibility

You acknowledge that Hidur Gallery sells or markets products and is not their manufacturer.
The website service is provided as is. Users will have no claim or demand regarding its features, characteristics, limitations or suitability for their needs.
The gallery makes every effort to maintain the website's operation, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service or freedom from breakdowns or faults.
The gallery is not responsible for unlawful activity by any party outside its complete control.

Suspension of sales

The gallery reserves the right to stop website activities or cancel an order at any time at its discretion, including where unlawful activity has taken place or is taking place, where published sales details contain an error, or where the gallery considers an action to breach these terms.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the website belong to Hidur Gallery. They include images, videos, artworks, designs, publications, artistic concepts, graphic design, databases including product lists and descriptions, computer code and other details of the website's operation.
Information from the website, including product images, artworks, frames, designs, text and code, may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, marketed, published or translated without the gallery's express prior written consent.
Commercial use of the website's data, databases, product images or other published details requires the gallery's prior written consent.
The website may not be presented with a different design or graphic interface without the gallery's prior written consent.
